8.4m Sterndrive guest RIB tender
After taking delivery of his first X-Craft tender (an 8.0m outboard) which he still loves, this owner of an 88m super yacht commissioned X-Craft to build him a second X-Craft tender. The brief was to develop a custom tender with the same appearance within the existing X-Craft R8xx mould package according to his specific requirements. Next to the dry and comfortable ride he came accustomed to, other key features to be included in the design would be an inboard diesel engine with a stern drive, ample guest seating on the aft deck, a lot of covered storage space and a sunshade that could be removed if desired and foldable on the tender for storage in the mother vessels’ tender garage. The owner has taken delivery of his tender and since it is one of his favourite tenders, he likes to drive it a lot himself.
